Fall-Winter Wellness Classes
Learn how to be mindful, tame your stress and take time for yourself. You are required to register, but the classes are free.

Join us for a six-week class called Powerful Tools for Caregivers – Grandfamilies designed to help grandparents manage the stress of raising grandchildren. Are you raising a grandchild aged 9 – 12 years old? A new session begins in late January. Grandcares for Youth is also offered.
Senior Access Points of Larimer County
